brackets, housings, mounting plates, fixture components, test-rig hardware

Different applications require different combinations of geometry, material, tolerance, surface finish, and production volume. CNC machining is suitable for complex, high-precision metal and plastic parts, while sheet metal fabrication supports enclosures, brackets, panels, and structural assemblies. Injection molding provides consistent plastic components for repeatable batch production, while die casting is suited to aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloy housings and structural parts.
For early design validation, 3D printing and vacuum casting provide fast prototypes and low-volume samples. Wire EDM machining is available for hardened materials, narrow slots, sharp internal corners, and precision profiles. Our low-volume production services help bridge the gap between prototype approval and stable batch manufacturing. Each drawing is reviewed to determine the appropriate process, material, and production route for the application.
Different industries specify the same processes but very different materials, tolerances, and documentation. The table below summarizes what we most often see at the quotation stage. Full material options are listed on our materials page, and coating and treatment choices on our surface finishing page.
| Industry | Commonly Specified Materials | Typical Documentation Requested |
| Aerospace | Aluminum 7075 / 2024, Ti-6Al-4V, Inconel, 17-4 PH | First article inspection, material certificates, and traceability |
| Automotive | Aluminum 6061, steel, zinc alloy | Dimensional reports and PPAP-style documentation on request |
| Medical | 316L stainless steel, Ti Grade 5, PEEK, engineering plastics | Material certificates and inspection reports |
| Electronics | Aluminum 6061, copper, zinc alloy, ABS / PC | Dimensional inspection and cosmetic criteria |
| New Energy | Aluminum 6061 / ADC12, copper, stainless steel | Material certificates and dimensional reports |
| Industrial | Carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum | Dimensional inspection |
| Robotics | Aluminum 6061 / 7075, stainless steel, nylon | Dimensional reports and fit verification |
| Semiconductor | Aluminum 6061, 316L stainless steel, PEEK, ceramics | Cleanroom handling, surface verification, and flatness verification |
We support precision CNC machining up to ±0.005 mm for suitable geometries. Achievable tolerance depends on material, part size, feature accessibility, and inspection method, and is confirmed during drawing review.

Most projects do not start at production quantity. For design validation and fit checks, 3D printing and vacuum casting produce functional parts in days. Once the geometry is frozen, low-volume production covers 10–500 pieces without tooling investment, and injection molding or die casting takes over when annual volumes justify a mold.
Because all stages run in-house, the same engineering team that reviewed your prototype drawing carries the tolerances and inspection points forward into production. See our case studies for examples across industries.
